Teaching
From 2006-2009 Mr. Shaller was an Adjunct Professor of Law at the George Washington University Law School, where he taught Mediation. He has also served as a trainer for the American Arbitration Association University’s training programs for arbitrators. In addition, in the course of his career he has made numerous presentations to a variety of organizations on various labor, employment and ADR topics. The subjects of these presentations have included:

Mr. Shaller was also recently appointed to serve as an Instructor for the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service’s Institute of Conflict Management. As an Instructor for the FMCS he will train labor-management professionals seeking to become labor arbitrators, and teach courses for advocates designed to enhance their arbitration advocacy skills, on evidence and witness examination, and on arbitrating in the federal sector.
